Its still the middle of Cycle 50 requests. You're a cycle early with this request.
This is just confusing for everyone.

Yeah, I know. But cycles don't line up with months exactly and usually about every 21st I do activity reports. The reports for the forum are displayed in the admin tab for the last month, so if I did the reports for the exact cycle it would be very complicated.

Also there are cut of dates for submitting requests every cycle, so generally they need to be posted before. I named the issue starting with WIP as it usually were named in the past, to make it clearer.

I tried in the past to make the reports on time, but would wait for the actual issue until the next cycle began, as I did last cycle. But this cycle for the first time I thought maybe this way it would make more sense, to create them as regular and only send a DAO txid later and rename the issue to remove the "WIP" (work in progress).
