[Growth] Bitcoin 2021 sponsorship final payment

Bisq and Mempool joined forces to have an amazing presence at the Bitcoin 2021 conference in Miami in June and it was a huge success, we really had the biggest and best booth in the whole conference and met thousands of our community members.

Building the actual booth and other various expenses came to around $10K over the previously approved budget which after discussion with @m52go the Bisq and Mempool projects agreed to split equally. Mempool has paid their $5K share of the final invoice and so this is the last payment for Bisq's side.

The final piece of the sponsorship package contract to be delivered in November is our full page back cover advertisement on Bitcoin Magazine's issue with El Salvador on the cover, and Bisq and Mempool on the back cover :)

This spot on the back cover of the magazine is the last component of the contract we signed with Bitcoin Magazine in 2019. As wiz mentioned, we're splitting costs for it with Mempool, just as we did for the conference itself.

For those following closely, the Miami event turned out to be much more expensive than planned, but it also turned out to be much better than expected. Mempool has taken on all these unexpected costs until now, which add up to over 30,000 USD.

Thus I find it more than fair to split these last expenses for the back cover.

Note that this issue will be historic since the front is all about El Salvador, so Bisq's spot on the back is even more special, noteworthy, and enduring.
