Search for users or crystals

As a peer, when I navigate to my list of Dark Crystals, I would like a mechanism to sort of filter my secrets

As a peer, I should be able to search for other scuttlebutt users under a search bar

• suggest either users (based on name or ID) or existing crystals / secrets (based on name)
• navigate to the relevant view (a profile view if a user, or a crystals/show view if a crystal / secret)

As far as I understand we should be able to search for other users to share secrets with, or for existing secrets to which maybe we can request a crystal.

I am up for the task. I have some experience in ReactJS and ExpressJS. I should be able to complete this task in 2-3 days.

@frankchen07 yes progress has been made, been working on the other outstanding issue! some UI/UX leg work needed to be done before I could work this in. Its now been done and is in this PR - #14
