I get the following error when I try to run your haxby examples/tutorials:

pip install networkx==2.3 resolved the problem.

Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue, but thanks for letting me know! I think this should be fixed in the latest version of dyneusr — I will update the dyneusr-notebook docs, accordingly.
