Unable to select an existing template

Hello,

yesterday I pulled checked out the latest 2.4, upgrading from a 2.4 version I had checked out approx 1 month ago.
This new version is however returning some errors which were not present in the last one.

When trying to create an incident, selecting a template among the ones I have in the list, I am getting this error:

Status Code:401 Unauthorized
Referrer Policy:no-referrer-when-downgrade

Already tried to delete all my old templates and create new ones, did not seem to help.

Nothing shows up in the logs.
