Install instructions read:

Install Python 3 by running the Anaconda Installer, using all of the defaults for installation except make sure to check Add Anaconda to my PATH environment variable.

When running the installer, Add Anaconda to my PATH environment variable now reads:

Not recommended. Instead, open Anaconda3 with the window start menu and select "Anaconda (64-bit)". This "add to PATH" option makes Anaconda get found before previously installed software, but may cause problems requiring you to uninstall and reinstall Anaconda.

Not sure how long this has been the case. If this is still the recommended option for Software Carpentry, it'd be good to acknowledge that we're ignoring a warning.
