There's a desire to search by "known values" - Publisher names, and other pieces of data that don't exist in the data proper. Using some semantic search approaches, this is possible, but may be difficult.

Currently, the best way to do this is in an application that searches over multiple item types and then interprets those item types to perform additional searches (as is done with competencies in the framework search in cass-editor). Moving to pending.
