CTDL-ASN adapter inconsistently includes versions in URI

I'm importing CTDL-ASN from CaSS to an RDF store to do analysis, and while most objects are mapped to versioned URIs, alignments to other Frameworks (particularly prerequisiteAlignment, broadAlignment, and narrowAlignment) are mapped to unversioned URIs. As a result, links do not show up and need to be manually relinked after the fact.

I can imagine three alternative behaviours that would work for my use case, although I can't find whether any of them are currently possible - either (1) an option to return unversioned URIs everywhere from the ceasn adapter, (2) return versioned URIs everywhere from the ceasn adapter, or {3) the ability to generate CTDL-ASN for multiple frameworks at a time in an internally consistent way (GET /api/ceasn/ to export all frameworks for example).

Does anyone have any suggestions?
