Configure aligments

In order to get CaSS competency Frameworks to align with P1484.20.3-2022 Reusable Competency Definitions (RCD), i need to be able to edit the alignment object from CaSS. Attached is all of the objects and how they relate to each other.

Currently defining rubrics feels out of scope of this effort, but the ability to point to them does matter (I believe I was already able to do this using the CaSS configurations currently provided).

Additionally, these are the new fields I need to add to the association object:

Is this something that is doable in CaSS, or an extension that can be added to it? I can add additional information as required to support this new form of adaptability to CaSS.
