Add CIDAN to roiextractors
CIDAN (Calcium Image Data Analysis) is a full-feature application for preprocessing, cell detection, and time trace analysis of 2-photon calcium imaging data of the brain. --> might be useful to have it in roiextractor once we get the original output data
