Version of the centreon_plugins.exe is incorrect

This was the output of the version argument some time ago:

PS C:\git\xxx-nsclient\nsclient\scripts\x64\centreon> .\centreon_plugins.exe --version
Global Version: 20221017

The releases from https://github.com/centreon/centreon-nsclient-build/releases/tag/20240325 and also tested https://github.com/centreon/centreon-nsclient-build/releases/tag/20231215 show this:

PS C:\git\xxx-nsclient\nsclient\scripts\x64\centreon> .\centreon_plugins.exe --version
Global Version: (dev)

The outputs are the same from both PowerShell and CMD

I would expect the correct version to show - also I'm unsure whether I can consider this a official production release or a dev release.
