Crowdloan rewards: White Screen after successful claiming #634

Hi!

After migration to a new website several users reported to me feedback about claiming process of Centrifuge and Altair rewards.

After a successful claiming user is redirected to a white screen page without any information about the status of claiming.

The old version of the page informed users about successful claiming with the status and link to subscan.

Would be great if can add this function back.
