Missed Polkadot Crowdloan Rewards (EQ) after migration

Hello! I contributed 101.21 DOT to Centrifuge Parachain Crowdloan through equilibrium by using a Ledger wallet. I had trouble to claim the CFG rewards at https://centrifuge.io/parachain/crowdloan/ three months ago, saying "Raw data signing is not supported for hardware wallets." I was told to waiting for the new Ledger firmware release. The new firmware has not been released yet. But I checked my rewards today, became zero which was showed 1223.5CFG three month back, are they all gone? please help!
