Add user reporting of missing/incorrect locations

Some of the locations on our list are either missing or are not at the provided coordinates. We should allow users to report these errors from the app.

Since we do not have a backend for posting data I would suggest using this to open a mail dialogue to notify [email protected] that the location does not exist. I propose the following

• On detail screen include "Report problem" button
• When user taps, launch an email dialogue with the To: set to [email protected]
• Subject: "Orlando Walking Tours Location Problem"
• Body: The name of the location and its address

When the user hits send the notification will be sent to us. @WERUreo since you're leading the charge on this please approve or deny in the comments below.
