v2.0-dev ticks : reverse broken

Hi!

Just pulled latest v2.0 dev version and built it using gulp build, then noticed that

ticks : {
 reverse : true
}

doesn't flip y axis anymore. Line chart is still correctly reversed though.

Same thing happens with latest Chart.min.js, here is fiddle:

right Y axis should be reversed, just like in this example from much older beta build:
