Hi all,

The TV channel ARTE is often broadcasting some really good concert both recorded and live. I would find interesting to have a livestreamer plug-in to be able to watch/record them in VLC

A good place to start would be the videoob [source tree] component of weboob. It is licensed under AGPLv3.
