hitbox.tv plugin broken?!

Streams work fine in browser, maybe the same issue as the mips.tv plugin.

It seems to only work with streams that don't have transcoding.

I can confirm that the hitbox.tv plugin is very dodgy right now, sometimes it fails with "No data returned from stream.", other times it just hangs at buffering 8kb, and sometimes rtmpdump just crashes.
