Description

SVGs from public folder sometimes don't load in edit mode.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the NYMag homepage
  2. Click into settings on the nymag-latest-feed component, make any change, then click anywhere on the page to click out
  3. Notice that the svgs for the feed-tabbuttons on the nymag-latest-feed component disappear

Expected Behavior

I expect the svgs to render consistently in edit mode
