Duplicated template list groups in the Clay Menu

Description

Multiple list groups within the Clay Menu to create new pages are being duplicated. This is happening when adding a custom template to one of those list groups.

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open the Clay Menu
2. Create a new page
3. Add the current page to a list using the ADD CURRENT PAGE TO LIST button in the clay menu
4. Type the name of the template
5. Type the name of the category (needs to be an existing one)
6. Add the template
7. See the duplicated list group in the New page Clay Menu

Expected Behavior

It shouldn't duplicate the list group if it already exists. It should appear as a new list item at the bottom of the specified list group.
