Steps to reproduce

add two records, one with location 616.025 and another with location 626.25;
produce a topographic report;

Expected result

616.025 appears before 626.25

Current result

626.25 appears before 616.025

Solution

A new configuration will be added to the configuration set allowing the user to choose between UDC, DDC, LC or lexicographical sort of location
