Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The feature I'm requesting was removed in RPGLE language tools 0.14.0.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to have the fixed format prompt back, integrated with the current extension if possible.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A separate extension just for this purpose.

Additional context
The shop I work for is willing to adopt VSCode, however we have to maintain a lot of fixed format which is harder in VSCode without the prompt. It would be great if there was a way to have it back.
I'm sure this would be great for any companies in the same situation that are willing to adopt VSCode as their main tool but have fixed format code to maintain.

I really haven't tried to use VSCode with old fixed format but if we are truly trying to get people to quit using SEU/RDi this really needs to be added back. We have code that is still in use from 1990.

Hi, it's the same thing in our company too. We have old code to maintain, and it would be nice to have the fixed format prompt back.
