Upregulated and donwregulated genes in gene module

Hi,

I was wondering if its possible to get the upregulated and downregulated genes in a specific gene module between different conditions

For example genes in module 3 are highly expressed at Cvac3 but not at Cvac1 is is possible to get which genes are expressed at those specific timepoints
