I was wondering after performing trajectory analysis, was it possible to find out what feature (genes) separates trajectory lines? I do not see any code for this sort of thing. I was also wondering is there any resource you would recommend to really understand trajectories. I am stuck trying to figure out the goal they really accomplish in single cell analysis. Could it possibly just be telling us the path that something differentiates into
