[AUT-42] "Sort Kanban List" Command (_sort_kanban_list)

Wanted/Expected Behavior

Allows the model to sort items in a list inside of a kanban.

Command should:

• Take as input the name of the list (viewed within obsidian this is the name at the verry top of the kanban list when in in kanban view mode)
• Sort the list with the name of the list given by a given a natural language prompt as a string (using guidance to generate a new sorted list which must be able to be done for notes longer than the context limitations of gpt4)

Make sure that the operations of this command are non-destructive to the contents of the vault and kanban note.
