Everything before this point is just an embedded Internet Explorer showing you the login page, as any other browser would. Whether or not you have logged in successfully is checked every time you navigate to https://www.furaffinity.net/ in this embedded browser. Ideally, this redirect happens automatically when you log in, but in rare cases (such as Cloudflare being used in aggressive mode) you may need to click on the paw icon in the topleft corner of the page to trigger the check manually.

If the site is slow both for the embedded browser and the fully featured one like Edge or Chrome, there's not much we can really do about it -- using a VPN might help, but just waiting for the slowdown to end is likely to be the best option.
