在检测到动态拥有转发母项且母项带有转发抽奖关键词时 由配置控制是否发送
（抽奖动态发群了就是公开处刑）
当然 如果能写个正则匹配动态内容黑名单就更好了

感觉容易写出不好维护的功能

b站也不会给出 抽奖动态 的 判断标志（因为反过来就能定向的检索抽奖动态）

正则倒是简单

那希望有两个配置
一个是全局 一个是转发的原动态
目前解析应该是有动态套娃识别功能吧
如果只做全局也没关系
