Capture streams from other users in the same voice channel

I would love to see a short example how to capture existing streams from one other member in the same voice channel and redirect it to a file or HLS server. I guess it's somehow possible (see "handleIncoming" in MediaUdp.ts).

As far as I understand it, this is only for recording the audio of the members in a voice chat, but I'm in particular interessted in capturing a "Going Live" video stream.
