error when execute make dtr command ?

i got this error when running dtr command

dtr: Error response from daemon: No such image: leroy-jenkins:latest
The SSH command responded with a non-zero exit status. Vagrant
assumes that this means the command failed. The output for this command
should be in the log above. Please read the output to determine what
went wrong.
make: *** [Makefile:28: dtr] Error 1

but the Registry is up and running, I am wondering if this error will affect on the running environment?
