add a feature that lets riots start and your citizens kill each other and destroy buildings

Thanks for the idea. In order to consider it, it would need some more thought re: how a riot starts, and how the mayhem progresses.

it could start from overcrouwding and food shortages

the longer it goes on the more violent the people get
