Release v1.0.3 (#6) contains a breaking change since the extension default is renamed to generic

if you haven't I'd urge you to upgrade to v1.0.5 since it contains a major bugfix for makefile, kitchen and vscode task extensions

I have removed test for v0.8 and will only maintain v0.9.x and nightly
