Translate boilerplate text to English so that prose linting and such works out of the box.

If the default is to be English, we need this asap if we intend to make the template public soon. Otherwise, plenty conflicts will arise once we to this.

As an alternative, we can just neglect this and leave the template in Portuguese... But some hidden options in the template need to be changed in order to fully switch to English, which may be overlooked by some users.
