Hello, @greplol . Thank you for expressing interest in my project.
If you're using poetry: I think the easiest way to install is:

[tool.poetry.dependencies]
wadflow = { git = "https://github.com/deviant-syndrome/wadflow.git" }

and it seems reading E1M1 just returns B'' because in original doom WADs, E1M1 is just a marker, the actual data is stored in subsequent lumps, such as VERTEXES, LINEDEF, etc.
