mothulity_dbaser wrong error message

mothulity_dbaser gives false error message - if the output directory does not exist it complains about the connection.

Steps to reproduce:

Assuming that ~/db directory does NOT exist yet

mothulity_dbaser ~/db --unite-ITS-02

Expected behaviour:

~/db does not exist, quitting...

or

~/db does not exist, let me create it for your first.

Actual behaviour:

Download path: /home/dizak/db/Unite_ITS_02.zip
Connecting...
Failed to establish connection.
