It doesn't seem that my local windows BERN2 is starting correctly, this is what pops up after kicking off run_bern2_windows.sh:

Seems like I should be seeing more activity. The log files are generated but they are all empty, so nothing to review there. I get 403 errors when trying to connect to localhost:8888/plain. Any ideas how to correct this?
