RESTful API method not working with Python

BERN2 is down. The restful API method is not working in Python and also the plain text method in BERN2 hosted website is not working and giving this error - ERROR: 0 timeout.

The API works fine for me when testing it today, but in the web demo only the PMID input option works. I get the same error as described above when using the plain text option.
