Reference issues with latest version 080620 on windows

Hi, thanks for providing the update - I downloaded the latest version https://163.172.45.124/owncloud/index.php/s/7I4KFUe2iyyX9ZE/download for windows and was not able to get it run with my BAM files which worked in the earlier version. Also the test_illumina.bam does not work, giving the error:

Unfortunately also something wrong with the latest Linux version - when running on the console:
python eKLIPse.py -in data/test_illumina -ref data/NC_012920.1.gb giving plenty of errors: Input file at line xx: bad syntax combined with ascii characters

However python eKLIPse.py --test works perfectly

Hi, did you ever find a solution to the problem? I am having the same issue and I cannot find an old version of eKLIpse to test it if it helps. To reiterate the problem, the test command works just fine but I cannot run it normally even using the provided data (ubuntu/command line).
