Idea: Read in wells from a time series experiment / multiple conditions, calculate the growth curves and use these for gap filling or analysis.

TODOs:

plate parser / read in the data -> see .ipynb in dev directory
- different input formats?
normalise technical / biological replicates -> see .ipynb in dev directory
- check, if it is done correctly
calculate growth curves -> see .ipynb in dev directory
- which starting values?
- try different fitting functions and packages (change the algorithm) / different fits (change the matin the background)
...
