polish_annotations : issue with new and old bioregistry pattern

Currently, there are some issue (incorrectly generated MIRIAM string etc.) with the polish_annotations function due to it not being able to handle the new and old bioregistry patter correctly.

Expected behavior
User should be able to enter any kind of model (new or old pattern) and change it via a flag to new or old respectively.

• especially noticeable with BioCyc
• change between : and /
