error resulting from from dimension of spaceshapes

Thanks for sharing this interesting project. It seems that the code works for the chopstick examples. However, for the spaceshapes, the dimension becomes 64*64, which is not compatible with the previous 64-dimension input case of chopsticks. It looks like the code for "def train_normally" needs to be changed.
