Package for parsing aveva marine gen files. And tool for generating dxf files from aveva marine gen files (for now, only plate parts)
- remove useless fields from structs
- make dxf package concurrent-safe or find replacement
- add tests
- replace current implementation of bevel text placement to place text always inside a cutting contour
