Problem

Right now we tie auto updates to the daily timer, which seems fine for the behavior when it's running in the background. But if I choose to automatically keep apps up to date, I think I'd expect them to automatically update any time I open the app so I basically never see pending app updates.

Proposal

Trigger the Flatpak auto-update behavior when opening the app, or possibly when switching to the Installed tab.
