v0.4.3 failed on windows

it seems that we need libomp140.x86_64.dll,how can I solve this?

Thanks for reporting, and sorry for this issue!

I'll start with a fresh windows 11 install to confirm this problem and see if there is anything else that is missing. Hope to have an updated version available soon.

This should be fixed with the updated release.

• I've added the missing dll file to the setup.
• For the moment it is also required that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable specifically https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe are installed. I'll look into if it possible to bundle them together for the future. I didn't notice this dependency since it was installed together with Visual Studio.

Let me know if this solves the issue.

I've tested in on a a fresh install of Windows 11 under a virtual machine.
