OpenAI function calling, azure and llamacpp grammar

I have a few questions about lmql please:

1. Does lmql support openAI function calling in general and for json generation?
2. Does lmql utilize llamacpp grammars?
3. Which features are disabled or don't work well in production for each of OpenAI and Azure? Docs mention simple constraints, what does that mean in practice?
