Add A Settings Menu/Page

I want a place to put settings that aren't Pocket Casts specific, the service or the company, but rather, for this specific app.

When that exists, two immediate settings I can see:

• use tray icons (would default to on)
• close button minimizes to system tray/app stays running (default off)

is this option implemented ? I am using sway as my DE, there is no minimize option in it so when I close the window I would like to keep it running in the background and in the tray.
