Error while executing Appimage on Debian 12 #4

I get this error when executing the full-libs release:

./Okular.full-libs-22.08.1-2-x86_64.AppImage

I get this error when executing the full release:

/tmp/.mount_OkularEBcYfD/usr/bin/okular: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.71: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
