Currently, selecting a contact/alter by mouse click is tracked as a mutation in the Undo History.
Selecting multiple contacts with the brush should be consistent.

Unclear if this is maps well to users' mental model.

Possible workaround:

  • Make an exception in the mutation tracking for undo.
  • after undo/redo always start no selected contact.
