書き直しで改善したい事項

エラーのあるパックがあるとクラッシュする => スキップする
モデルパックの互換性やミスに関するwarningをはやしたい
並行ロード中の進捗をわかりやすく

#474 とかをやりやすくするために１関数にしたい
また、DL機能の復活できるようにしたい
