content creation: agree on workflows and ensure coordination across activities

The technical documentation website will be one area where content is created and maintained. Other areas include

• data use club
• training activities
• technical support hour for nodes
  etc

To avoid duplication both of materials and effort, we need an internal coordination mechanism to make sure that generated content is reusable, that we have clarity on what should get generated / migrated / stored / available where, and that cross-references are maintained.
