Orphan datasets from Peru

A review of Peru's orphan datasets found they are orphaned because of 4 offline technical installations:

• Herbarium areqvipense (HUSA) and Herbarium Amazonense are served by the "IABIN - Species and Specimen Thematic Network IPT" that is offline at http://lucina.inbio.ac.cr/IPT-SSTN/
• Herbario UNAP is served by a DiGIR installation hosted by "HERBARIUM AMAZONENSE – AMAZ" that is offline at http://200.60.175.80:31121/digir/digir.php
• HerbarioHerrerense is served by a DiGIR installation hosted by "Instituto de Investigaciones de la Amazonía Peruana" that is offline at http://200.60.175.80:8080/digir/DiGIR.php
• Biodamaz1 and IIAPPoa are served by a DiGIR installation hosted by Siamazonia Provider that is offline at http://200.60.175.80/digir/DiGIR.php

Peru never responded during the campaign, therefore its offline datasets are scheduled for adoption in 2017.
