Search: swisssearch WYSIWG / TLM-NLK names

*Situation: *
2 use cases for swissearch https://api3.geo.admin.ch/services/sdiservices.html#search

A) WYSIWG: What is displayed in the "map viewer" ( in the background layer GREY and COLOUR and future also LBM Vec) )

• what is shown on a BG layer must be found in swisssearch at the right location
• what in swisssearch (serchfield) is showed as result must be fourn on map

Ex:

• WRONG X/Y location: Pfafengal is at wrong place : https://s.geo.admin.ch/81bdc02421 see Customer feedback ID : 2019043013315279
• NOT ON MAP : but in search "Ankechübel" https://s.geo.admin.ch/81bdc43e49 as discussed https://twitter.com/swiss_geoportal/status/1125291276214075392
• NOT IN SEARCH : but on maps "Hostet" https://s.geo.admin.ch/81bdc93f1f

B) Product search via parameter ORIGIN: here you search for zipcode,gg25,district,kantone,gazetteer,address,parcel --and IMHo for TLM/NLK if needed

Task:

• The default search/origin should cover the case WYSIWG, so viewer centered.
• NLK TLM can be searched vie Services

Action:
For this KARTO TOPO has to get up to make "one" delivery to WYSIWG... that's also what needs
Allign Karto/TOPO so we have as well for automata / updates the correct search IDs

Result:

Whe user activates a search result, he gets the correct x y z based extend with the name visible
